    Share a model, or describe what you need with photos and measurements.

  2. Get your quote

    David checks the model for printability and sends a price and estimated ship date. Quotes are free.

  3. We print and finish

    Once you approve and pay, we print it, remove supports and clean up the edges.

  4. Shipped to your door

    We pack it carefully and ship it anywhere in the US.

    STEP, STL or 3MF, with quantities and any critical dimensions. Need an NDA first? Just ask.

  2. Get a quote

    A material recommendation, pricing at your quantities, and an estimated ship date.

  3. Check a sample

    For production runs, we can print a sample first so you can confirm fit and finish.

  4. Run and reorder

    Parts are packed and shipped to your door, and reorders are quoted the same way.

Hyprion Fabrication was founded by David Padron Jr., a lifelong DIY enthusiast and a maker at heart, on the belief that high-quality manufacturing shouldn't be out of reach for small businesses.

David's hands-on experience spans industrial-grade parts for engineering projects and detail-critical precision resin work. He started the company to bring that same attention to detail and durability to everyday creators.

Based in North Texas, we're proud to support local artisans and bring affordable custom manufacturing back home to America.

Good questions

What files can I send?

STL, 3MF, OBJ and STEP files all work. No model? Photos, sketches and measurements are a fine place to start.

I don't have a 3D model. Can you help?

Yes. Describe what you need and we'll let you know if we can design it. Design time is quoted separately, and you approve the price before any work starts.

How much will it cost?

Every job is quoted after we review the file, because price depends on size, material, print settings and quantity. Quotes are free and there's no obligation.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the part, the quantity and our current queue. Your quote includes an estimated ship date.

What colors are available?

Black is our main color and is available in every material. Need something else? We have more colors available: choose "Need a different color?" on the request form and tell us what you're looking for.

Do you ship? How much does it cost?

We ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping is included as its own line on your quote. See our shipping policy.

How do I pay?

Once you approve your quote, we send a secure online invoice. Printing starts after payment. Larger business orders may need a deposit.

Will you keep my design private?

Yes. We use your files only to quote and fill your orders, and we never sell them or print them for anyone else. Businesses can ask for an NDA before sending files. See our privacy policy.

Is there anything you won't print?

We don't print weapons, firearms or firearm parts and accessories, or anything illegal. We also decline files that copy someone else's design, logo or characters without permission. We may turn down any job at our discretion.

Can I use printed parts for anything?

3D-printed parts aren't meant for safety-critical uses such as child safety, vehicle safety systems, medical uses or load-bearing parts where failure could hurt someone. Tell us how the part will be used and we'll recommend a material, but you're responsible for testing it in your application. See our terms.

What if something arrives broken or wrong?

Send us photos within 7 days of delivery for shipping damage, or within 30 days for a printing defect, and we'll make it right with a reprint or refund. Because every order is made just for you, we can't take back parts that arrive as quoted, but we'll always work with you if something isn't right. See our refund policy.
